The Process:
Implementing effective team structures includes the cultivation of trust and professional intimacy.
The process is natural, organic and really intuitive.
We will work through these three structural elements to develop a unique set of practices for your business and team.
-
A 45 min call with company decision makers to determine where your team is struggling, stagnant AND already successful.
A summary of my notes from our call to make sure I’ve captured implicit and explicit team needs and priorities, pain points and celebrations. To make sure I understand business values, goals and time and money budgets.
-
Getting to know your team and it’s specific needs.
Determining your ideal format (in-person, online, or hybrid), time commitment, budget, goals and values to ensure that the professional and interpersonal development process I design for your team reflects key priorities for your company.
Part of this process includes feedback from team members via surveys, 1:1 meetups/phone calls or group sessions. Should any of these elements be unclear, part of our creative exploratory process would be to get clarity on that element before moving forward.
With three distinct yet interplaying sections (time, financial resources and your team’s unique goals and values), this comprehensive plan is a custom prescription for your team’s way forward in happiness, resilience, and productivity. \
Part 1: Self Awareness
Part 2: Evaluating Diversity and Building Rapport
Part 3: Moving Forward Together: considering ourselves, each other and the business as a whole.
-
Scheduling, prepping, facilitating, reviewing and adapting sessions with custom blending of personal growth, relationship building and practical productivity strategies as we go, ensuring all goals are being met throughout the process.
Are you ready for more a resilient, productive and happy team?
Some questions to ask in the team are:
-
Is it team gains? Personal gains? Business gains?
-
Are there other outcomes beyond business goals that could be met?
-
Are there skills and qualities being underused or overused?
-
Are the creative options that have not been explored?
-
What are specific situations where you work particularly well together?
Is there something that often causes tension?
